is even harder to find now, because
most of the rats are alreay dead of
starvation. The trashcans are as full
as ever, but you have to sit on most
food for hours before it thaws.

	Chinatown Up for Chinese food? Cats come here to sneak a morsel from the humans, some of whom strongly dislike them. In the daytime it's always crowded with people, so cats don't wander here too often in the rays of the sun. Sunrise or sunset is the time to prowl. 	The Harbor If the pickings are slim in the dense center of the city, there's always the harbor. Birds, mostly seaguls, come here often. A seagul is dangerous prey and cats only come here if they have no other choice. The people here don't mind the cats, sometimes even giving them food. 	Abandoned Warehouse On the outskirts of the city is a warehouse that's been abandoned for many years. It was schedualed to be demolished, but you know humans. It is now infested with rats. A lone cat would be stupid to go in, but sometimes there's a group raid. If the city cats can be persuaded to work with each other. 	Underground Hide-away Underneath the houses of one of the few quiet neighborhoods, there is a network of tunnels. They started underneath a porch, then went haywire when thousands of cats needed to hide from the Kindred in the city. They extend for a long way. When a cat gets in trouble, she comes here. It is the dirtiest, slumiest place in the entire city. But it is the refuge for many. Kits grow up here when their mother has no other place to birth. You learn to live hard in the underground. The City Center

	The Highrise District This is where the rich humans live. Though the streets are as dirty as ever, the buildings are tall and the humans are cleaner. They despise cats in general. They aren't sloppy with their food, so cats only come here for sport. To see who can cause the biggest uproar among the people. Also, cats like to climb up the fire escapes and bask on the rooftops. 	Resteraunt District This is where the fancier resteraunts are. They don't appreciate animals, even when they're just taking from the trash. 	The Streets This is the general street area that extends through the whole center of the city. The roads are dirty, but cleaner than in other areas. Cats can come here to steal from hotdog stands and the like. General mating and fighting usually happens here as well. 	The Dump The dump is a crowded place with cats and people. There is very often something to scrounge up. In the day time, humans drive in and out almost constantly. So it's in the night that the cats come. Cats from the Kindred are often found here, so be careful who you are stealing from! 	Sector Five Sector Five is where all the homeless humans live. They often like animals, but they don't have any food to give away. 	War Zone Plenty of fighting, cat and otherwise, has been done here. General random fights are done on the streets, but set fights happen here. It's just a long stretch of pavement and dirt where something was supposed to be built but never was. 	The Junkyard The Junkyard is a pile of old cars, TVs, radios, and other unrecognizable scraps of metal. Big, vicious dogs live here, so it is basically suicide for a cat to enter. You have to be stupid to even think about going in. However, it is tempting. The dogs are careless and often leave scraps of their disgusting meat hanging around. 	Movie Theatre An abandoned movie theatre is the perfect place to get out from the rain and the cold. Sure, it smells disgusting, the seats are chewed by huge rats, and it stinks-- but it's better than drowning in the famous City rain. 	The Park The park is the quiestest, most beautiful place in the City. Humans don't like seeing cats around in the day, so the cats sneak past the watchmen at night to hunt and mate, or just to sleep. There are dangers, though.
